Chipotle Chilly Chicken Fried Rice Recipe
Description
Chicken Fried Rice is one of the most preferred east and south Asian cuisines in India; in this recipe we had made some changes by adding Supa Corn Kernels with Chipotle Masala Sachet this give a new taste on regular ‘Chicken Fried Rice’
Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Supa Corn Kernel with Chipotle Masala Sachet
- 1 Large Onion finely chopped
- 3 Green Chili finely chopped
- 1 Large Capsicum chopped into bite size pieces
- 5-6 Spring Onion finely chopped
- 1 and half table spoon Ginger and Garlic paste
- 1 Cup mix vegetables (half boiled/frozen)
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken chopped into bite size pieces
- 3 clove
- 1 Star Anise
- 2 inch small Cinnamon sticks
- 1 table spoon Chili powder
- 2 Cup Pre Cooked Rice
- Salt as per taste
- 2 table spoon olive oil
- For garnishing Lime Juice and chopped coriander
Methods:
- Pre heated pan in a medium flame add 2 table spoon olive oil
- Add star anise and ginger garlic paste sauté it for, then add chopped onion, chopped chili and salt for taste and sauté it for 1 minutes
- Add all vegetables, chili powder cook for 2 minutes then add chicken and mixed well, add chipotle masala and cook till chicken get cooked properly.
- One chicken cooked then add Corn Kernel and Chopped capsicum cooked for another 2-3 minutes as required and lastly add pre cooked rice mix well cook for 1 minute,
- For garnishing add lime juice and chopped coriander.
