After along tiring day we all prefer to enjoy good dinner, let’s try this Panneer, Capsicum Corn Stir Fry recipe which help you to enjoy a good dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 gms paneer, cut into cubes
- 1 Red Bell pepper, chopped
- Spring onion chopped
- 1 pack Supa Corn
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Method
Heat the olive oil and stir fry ginger and garlic for a minute. Add the capsicum and stir fry till soft, then add the paneer cubes, chilli sauce, vinegar and soy sauce. Fry for 1-2 minutes, then add the corn, spring onion and check the seasoning. Serve hot with fried rice or noodles.
