Peach Ginger Corn Smoothie

To stay fit eat healthy! And fruits are the only substitutes for our daily diet plan but this time do some changes to make it yummy without compromising health. Enjoy this recipe ‘peach ginger corn smoothie with Supa corn to add flavor.

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ pack Supa Corn
  • 1 Peach, sliced
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • ½ cup Yoghurt
  • 60 ml Milk

Method

Blend all the ingredients together with a hand blender or in a smoothie blender. Thin down with milk if need be. Serve cold garnished with fresh mint.
