Description
Chicken burger is typically a cutlet made of boneless chicken paste place in a bun or between two slices of bread and to change flavor on regular chicken burger; we made some changes on it by adding Supa Corn Kernel.
Ingredients:
- 4 Burger Buns
- 500 gm Boneless Chicken
- Chopped Coriander
- 5 Green Chili chopped
- ½ Cup Supa Corn Kernels
- 1 inch Ginger
- 8 Garlic Pods
- 3 Spring Onions Chopped
- ½ Cup Grated Cheese
- Butter
Methods:
- Make a paste of raw chicken Keep aside
- Make a paste of coriander, green chili, ginger, garlic and onion
- Take a medium size bowl add chicken, green paste, corn and spring onion mix well, keep this mixture for 10-12 hour to get marinate properly
- After marinate next day add salt as per taste and mix properly
- Make a cutlet of this mixture, fry it in low flame and cook till it become crispy and golden brown
- For burger toast bun from one side, then place cutlet on bun base with some cheese on it and garnish with some micro green and cover it with bun top
