Want to enjoy Corn on Cob in a new way, then try this recipe Achari Corn on Cob which gives you a flavor of achari masala on it.
Ingredients:
- 3 Ready to Eat Corn on Cobs (each cob cut into 3 pcs)
- 2 Large Onions (Ground)
- 3 Large Tomatoes (Pureed)
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbs Raw Mango grated
- 2 tbsp Mustard oil
- ½ tsp Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp Fenugreek seeds
- 2 tsp Fennel seeds
- ½ tsp Onion seeds/ Nigella
- ⅓ tsp Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
DIRECTION:
- Achari Masala: Blend and make powder of Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Fennel seeds, Onion seeds/ Nigella and keep aside.
Preparation
- In a pre heated pan add mustard oil then put ground onion), fry it until it get golden brown color; then add Ginger Paste sauté it properly; add tomato puree and achari masala and cook for 2-3 minute’s.
- Add Supa Corn cob mixed well and cook for 3-4 minute.
- Serve hot as snacks.
