INGREDIENTS:
- corn -100 gm
- salt- 10 gm
- Black Pepper- 10 gm
- Capsicum (red and Yellow) – 25 gm each
- Cucumber- 50 gm
- Two Bread slice
- Cheese slice- 100 gm
- Broccoli-50 gm
- Mayonnaise- 50 gm
DIRECTION:
- Cut Capsicum and Cucumber into cubes
- In a Large bowl mix corn mayonnaise capsicum and cucumber
- Take two bread slice and spread mayonnaise on both slice
- Base-put salad leaf on bread slice
- spread mixture on salad leaf then cover it from another bread slice
