INGREDIENTS:

  • corn -100 gm
  • salt- 10 gm
  • Black Pepper- 10 gm
  • Capsicum (red and Yellow) – 25 gm each
  • Cucumber- 50 gm
  • Two Bread slice
  • Cheese slice- 100 gm
  • Broccoli-50 gm
  • Mayonnaise- 50 gm

DIRECTION:

  • Cut Capsicum and Cucumber into cubes
  • In a Large bowl mix corn mayonnaise capsicum and cucumber
  • Take two bread slice and spread mayonnaise on both slice
  • Base-put salad leaf on bread slice
  • spread mixture on salad leaf then cover it from another bread slice
