Description
Get cream of corn and mushroom on your soup. So try this mushroom and corn recipe which is easy to cook and ready to eat
INGREDIENTS:
- 200 gms mushrooms
- 1 pack Supa Corn
- 3-4 garlic cloves
- 1 bayleaf
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 spring onions,chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 3 cups vegetable stock
- 2 tbsp butter
- 150 ml cream
- salt
DIRECTION:
- Melt the butter, fry the onions and garlic lightly, add the bayleaf and peppercorns.
- Add the mushrooms and Supa corn kernels, stir fry for few minutes.
- Add the stock, bring to a boil and cook on simmer for 15-20 minutes, till it reduced to half.
- Take off the fire, blend to a smooth soup, check salt and lightly blend in the cream.
- Serve hot with garlic toast.
