Mushroom and supa corn soup

Description

Get cream of corn and mushroom on your soup. So try this mushroom and corn recipe which is easy to cook and ready to eat

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 gms mushrooms
  • 1 pack Supa Corn
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 bayleaf
  • 1 tsp peppercorns
  • 2 spring onions,chopped
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 3 cups vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 150 ml cream
  • salt

DIRECTION:

  • Melt the butter, fry the onions and garlic lightly, add the bayleaf and peppercorns.
  • Add the mushrooms and Supa corn kernels, stir fry for few minutes.
  • Add the stock, bring to a boil and cook on simmer for 15-20 minutes, till it reduced to half.
  • Take off the fire, blend to a smooth soup, check salt and lightly blend in the cream.
  • Serve hot with garlic toast.
