Tropical Salad

Description

Lunch or dinner both is incomplete without salad and one who follow their diet plan for them salad is most useful to wait loss, corn tropical salad is a fruits cum vegetable salad so it’s also good for those who are following their diet plan.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack Supa Corn
  • Small bunch lettuce
  • Segments of 1 Mango
  • 2 slices pineapple, cut into bits
  • ¼ cup walnut bits
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • ½ cup red and yellow bell peppers

Dressing

  • 4 tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Salt

Method

Tear the lettuce into bite sized bits and lay in a salad bowl. Top with sliced mango segments, then with pineapple bits, toss the walnuts pieces around, then the corn and spring onions and bell peppers to make a colorful bowl. Whisk the dressing ingredients in a bowl. Drizzle over salad before serving.
